The summer solstice is a magical time to go within to manifest your desires and let go of old limiting beliefs, practices and take yourself to the next level that you’re meant to elevate to.
Journey with me, dig deep and honor your desires, no longer playing small, stepping into and owning your power.
The Summer Solstice is a powerful day for manifesting!
I have had profound experiences with the power of the solstice, Reiki and Intuitive Energy Healing to prove this and you can too!
Here are some tips and ways I honor the sun each day;
☀️ Give gratitude to the light; each morning whether you can see the sun or not, know that it always rises just like the light in you will.
☀️ Embrace the light: take time to stand in the sun, palms out and up at your side, think mountain pose with shoulders back, Solar Plexus OPEN, head (crown) high and heart up, ready to receive.
☀️ Manifest with the light: allow yourself to bring light to your dreams, desires and do NOT play small, dream big and bring them into the light for your heart, soul and the universe to see, know and honor.
☀️ Let go with the light: in the following night of the full moon with the sweetness of the strawberry you let go of what is holding you back from reaching for the sun.
