Bill Sterrett

Local Suttons Bay, Michigan artist Bill Sterrett primarily paints in oils but does a variety of other media, including wood carving. His subject matter is the local scenery from lake shores to farmsteads that grace the Leelanau Peninsula. “I’m inspired by nature and I try to share my love and respect for it in my paintings and sculptures. It’s a thrill for me to see someone experience a bit of the magic and spirit I try to put into my work”.
