Embrace the healing energy of Reiki in the comfort of your own home or safe, sacred space. Allow yourself to comfortably relax, take in a sense of peace and calm while you listen to music with the healing energy of Reiki flowing to and through you to balance mind, body and spirit.

A combination of zoom or phone to set our intentions and then you will relax quietly or go about your day and allow the Reiki to do the work.
