Our Fall and Winter hours at the downtown Suttons Bay, MI location are as follows:

Wednesday:  11am – 5pm
Thursday:  11am – 5pm
Friday:  11am – 5pm
Saturday:  12am – 4pm
Sunday:  by chance or appointment

Shipping:

Items purchased will be shipped within 1-3 business days and shipped ground USPS with tracking for $8.50.

All orders of $99 or more will receive free shipping. If expedited shipping is required please contact us here.  Additional $15.00 fee will be assessed for expedited shipping.

At this time shipping is available in the US only.

Payments:

At checkout you may select to pay via Pay-Pal or opt to pay directly with a credit card. You do not require a Pay-Pal account to purchase an item.

Before finalizing your purchase please check out our reference sheet below regarding length and sizes. Do let us know if you have any questions regarding a product, as we are here to help you make a purchase you’ll love for years to come!

However, your love for the piece is essential and while at this time we cannot accommodate full refunds we will gladly consult with you for an exchange or modification. A person’s physique will ultimately determine where a necklace will lay. However, below are some guidelines and images to aid you in your selection and understanding on average where a necklace length will “fall”.

Le Papillon Designs recommends you do a quick measurement, using a fabric tape measure for best results, to get an idea of where a necklace will lay on you. Some collections and designs can be shortened if needed, please contact us if you need an adjustment or have an inquiry about one.
