Our refund and returns policy is EXCHANGE ONLY, no refunds, and lasts 14 days from date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase online or in-store, we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items purchased in-store are NOT exchangeable online.
Not applicable, Le Papillon Designs is exchange only.
Exchanges are of equal or lesser value, a refund is not permitted for the difference of the purchased items value. You may select an item of greater value and pay the difference for an exchanged item.
The item must be returned to Le Papillon Designs in the condition it was shipped out; it must be fully in tact, no damages, tarnish or other discrepancies with a Le Papillon Designs receipt included. If there are damages applicable the buyer is responsible for any loss in value due to the damages.
You must inform Le Papillon Designs of the item you would like to exchange for, e-mail michelle@lepapillondesigns.com with the the following information:
Le Papillon Designs will review your exchange request and confirm accordingly via e-mail. If the exchange request is approved the Buyer is responsible for all costs incurred for shipping the item TO and FROM Le Papillon Designs.
Once your item is received and inspected by Le Papillon Designs, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If you the exchange is approved, then your exchange will be processed. If there is a positive balance difference of the item you are exchanging you will be sent an invoice. The invoice and balance must be paid in order for the exchange item to be shipped to the Buyer; Le Papillon Designs will not ship any items of greater value with any pending balances.
NOTE: some exclusions apply, and in-store items of crystals and art are are final sale. If the website item is final sale the item will be listed as FINAL SALE within the product description.
To aid in your purchase and prevent the need for exchange or additional costs please check out our reference sheet for information regarding length and sizes. Prior to completing your purchase let us know if you have any questions regarding a product, contact michelle@lepapillondesigns.com.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Le Papillon Designs, LLC, PO Box 550, Suttons Bay, MI 49682.
Reminder: you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging the item TO and FROM Le Papillon Designs. All shipping costs and any exchange balances, if the exchange item is of greater value, must be paid prior to Le Papillon Designs shipping out the exchange item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
